Peace Within

It is when you release
That one finds peace
Surrender your anger inside
You’ll be surprised
How light you feel
As the waves in your heart subsides
It is when you breathe
That you feel relieved
So take a deep breath through the day
You’ll be surprised how good you feel
As your worries are carried away
It is how you live
That resonates back
Treat others as though they were you
You’ll surprisingly see
It multiplies three
And comes back in all that you do
It is when you love
And give it freely
With no limits placed on its name
That the mind and heart open
Your spirit refreshed
And life is never the same
