"Joey" 35, of Belle Harbor, Queens, was among the firefighters lost
in rescue efforts during the September 11, 2001 tragedy at the World Trade Center.
Joseph worked Ladder 118 in Brooklyn Heights, one of the first companies to respond
to the rescue effort. He worked at a job that he loved with all his heart. A job
that he felt was one he never deserved any credit or recognition for doing.

Memorial Mass was held on October 10th at 11:00 am at St Francis de Sales Church,
129-16 Rockaway Beach Blvd, Belle Harbor, NY. Joseph is survived by his wife Vinniecarla
and two sons, Salvatore and Vincent. His mother and father, Rita and Salvatore,
a brother, Anthony and a sister, Rosa.
