Battalion Chief FDNY, of Seaford, died heroically on Sept. 11, 2001 at the World Trade Center. Beloved husband of Margaret. Devoted father and father-in-law of Joyce and Michael Quinn, Matthew Ryan and Meaghan Ryan. Cherished son of Teresa and the late Martin Ryan. Fond brother of Brendan and Frank Ryan. Loving grandfather of Michael John Quinn. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Arrangements were made by the McCourt & Trudden Funeral Home, Farmingdale. Memorial Mass at Maria Regina RC Church.
