"Tommy is missed also by those who never got the
chance to know him. His story touched my heart more than any other and has stayed
with me. I carry a piece of Tom around now I think, his life and death has change
me a little. Thank you Tommy for gift you gave us all - I wish you were still
here to share it with. "

"When I saw Tom for the first time, it was in People magazine almost
two years ago. I think a little part of me fell in love with his good nature and
unusual love for life. I didn't find out that Tom was taken from us until October.
It is March, and every day I think of him when I see the terrible hole of the
World Trade Center on the news. I am in my senior year of high school, and for
my end-of-the-year project I chose Attacks on America for my subject. In the Sept.
11 section, I made a special tribute to Tom. I hope to share it with my class
within the next few days so that they understand what a special person Tom really
was. I hope that he is now in a better world than we are in now, a world where
horrid people can't take the life of such a brave, wonderful man."

"Tommy will
always be in my thoughts and he and all of our brothers will be in my prayers.
I knew Tommy as a bull rider and a friend. We both worked rescue and had a friendly
"can you top this" compitition going. Of couse he usually won! Because
of Tommy's death I have made several new friends in R3 and for that, Tommy, I
thank you. I know Tommy will continue to watch over all of his friends and relatives
as he did in life and we will all be safer with him as our guardian. God Bless
You, Tommy."
