IN LOVING MEMOR - Thomas P. DeAngelis Age 51 Battalion Chief Battalion 8 - WTC 9-11

You went rushing to the towers that dark September day We won’t forget the horror it will never go away. You were in the towers you had many lives to save, You would never lead your men where it wasn’t safe. No one ever dreamed those towers would come down in such a way! Now your families lives are changed they will never be the same. The world needs to know about your brave, courageous name. You were known as Chuckles for the sunny humor you displayed. You had a lust for life there were many talents that you knew- You did carpentry and cooking, sailing and writing to list a few, But you suddenly became all business when that fire alarm blew. You talked about retiring maybe writing children’s books too. Your job as a firefighter meant too much for you to quit that soon. Your family and your friends miss your smile and laugh that you had. You had the greatest disposition you will be missed so very bad. Your memory and presence live in the hearts of all your family. To your dear wife Patty, your still, ” The wind beneath her wings” You’re the” Big cheese” up in heaven you’re looking down from up above. You are their guardian angel hero; you’re watching over them with love. Written By Diane Huggins © 2002 7/25 IN LOVING MEMORY Thomas P. DeAngelis Battalion Chief Battalion 8 WTC 9-11 You have earned your angel wings Rest in peace
