GARBARINI
"Charles Garbarini of Pleasantville was a ""cover"" lieutenant
who was assigned where needed in Battalion 9 of the New York
Fire Department in lower Manhattan. He and his wife, Andrea,
married five years ago. Their children are Philip, 3, and Dylan,
5. ""But we've known each other for 20 years. It's been a forever
relationship,"" she said. They went through school together
in the Bronx. He was known universally as ""The Comedian"" for
his wonderful sense of humor, said his sister, Joan Garbarini."
